Casa la Brugna - Vacation Home Borgo Val di Taro, Emilia - Romagna Italy

In the mountains at the intersection of the provinces Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia Romagna is located in an area of 4 hectares our house. The site, mainly chestnut trees and surrounded by various streams, is located some 500 metres altitude in the valley of the Monte Molinatico (with a height of 1552 meters). Because of the immensity of the land and neighbors at 100 meters, you have all the privacy and space to stroll aroundt the pristine forests and for a refreshing dip in the river.
The holiday-cottage in 2003 completely renovated in the authentic architecture of the region and is equipped for 6 people. The house consists of 2 floors at the front where only the top-floor viewing. The upper floor consists of a large room with seating area with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, coffee maker, expresso-machine with a veranda with a magnificent view over the valley. The ground floor consists of 3 bedroom, bathroom with tub and separate shower and toilet. From the bedrooms you can walk to the private pool of 10 x 5 metres for a wakup dip. The central heating is also suitable for the house rent outside the summer season.
Our cottage is situated in Baselica, a hamlet consisting of a pizzeria, a church and several houses scattered in the mountains. Baselica is part of the town Borgo Val di Taro. Borgo Val di Taro is located 10 kilometres away and you will find various facilities such as a swimming pool, hospital, railway station, several shops and cozy terraces. The area is mainly known for the Funghi Porcini, but as part of the province of Parma, it is also the region of the famous Parma ham and Parmesan cheese. In the large range of restaurants you can be free to do good to local specialties.
The environment has not yet been discovered by mass tourism, but is still not far from the various tourist attractions.
From Borgo Val di Taro you can train the famous Cinque Terre visits. The train stops including Monterosso al Mare where you in a few steps on one of the most beautiful beaches of Italy brings
The various other famous cities are within reasonable distance as Florence (2 hours autoafstand), Pisa (1.45 hours autoafstand), Bologna (1.5 hours) and Milan (1.45 pm).
