The accomodation is situated west of the main beach of Praia do Carvoeiro, in a small and quiet street on the western slope of the centre of Carvoeiro. The beach and shops are 300m, restaurants, bars and supermarkets 150-300m. To rent a car is not necessary,because all amenities are in walking distance. Perfect for families,friends,golfers,sport activists,for lazing around or discover the surrounds.

The apartment consists of a living room ,a kitchen,2 bedrooms and a bathroom.The living room ,with access to the balcony comprising a stunning sea view. is equipped with sofa,dining table and chairs digital satellite TV, DVD player. The large kitchen is fully fitted and eqipped(hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery etc..) 1 bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined,, and exit to the balcony with ocean views. The 2nd Bedroom has a westfacing balcony and a double bed. In the bathroom, you will find sink, toilet, bathtub and bidet. The apartment is furnished in solid wood.
Activities::
Carvoeiro comprises 5 bays with sandy beaches,only 3-10 min.drive from the apartment. Ideal for, swim, snorkel and dive (a diving school is located in Carvoeiro). Furthermore, tennis, horseback riding, hiking along the coast or in the Monchique mountains (a guide is available) . For anglers, there are a multitude of fishing opportunities by land or by boat (simple fishing tours, Shark-Fishing up to Big Game Fishing). Highly recommended is a cave tour with the sailing ship 'Santa Bernarda.' A must in Carvoeiro is to view the rock caves of 'Algar Seco' , partially up to 60m deep,which are among the largest and most impressive throughout the Algarve.
Carvoeiro also features 3 golf courses ( 'Pinta', 'Gramacho' and 'Vale de Milho'),open all year round.
The apartment is suitable for long term rental in winter (November-March). Prices: 1 month € 600, 2 months 550 € pM, 3-5 months 500 € pM. plus electricity and gas..Electric heaters and a washing machine are available.
