Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo

The apartment (about 90 m²) is situated on the Pacific Coast a few steps from the fine sand beach a few steps via private access to the fine sand beach 'Playa El Palmar', where you have your own canopy with deck-chairs. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with one double bed. There two foldings sofas (provided with fitting bed clothes). There are two bathrooms (with towels) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining and living area. (Sat TV, telephone, Internet connection)
The large roofed balcony is proper for grilling, playing cards or just relaxing.
The condominium complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens 88000m², including a large round swimming pool (15 m diameter). It offers 24 hours security with parking facilities.
Shopping facilities are located in the centre within easy walking distance or in Zihuatanejo (6 km) available by taxi or by local busses (busses 14 Pesos round trip) The International Airport of Zihuatanejo is 20 minutes taxi drive.
You can find in Ixtapa the best restaurants, bars, discos, bazaar, golf place, bike way, (two bikes and a full golf equipment belong to the apartment) Delfinarium etc.
The apartment can be devided in two parts (1 equipped studio and 1 one-bedroom apartment)
