This spacious 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathroom private villa is located in a quiet cul de sac at the prestigious Playacar golf resort. You can enjoy a special vacation in a deluxe decorated house with beautiful touches of art, plus the relaxed ambiance of big terraces. Each bedroom features its own bathroom and private terrace. The landscaped backyard has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The beach is 5-8 minutes walking distance and you can walk through a real Mayan ruin on the way. Downtown Playa del Carmen is also, 5-8 minutes walking distance. Playa del Carmen is a most eclectic experience... with visitors from all over the world, great atmosphere and the lively experience of Playa del Carmen's 5th avenue pedestrian walkway with interesting stores and al fresco restaurants.

Beach access is through the Reef Club Hotel beach club which is close by. We provide guests with the owner's VIP Card for access to the Reef Club's beach, pools and amenities.
