The holiday house of Lia Grubjesic is central situated and nevertheless calmly, it offers a wonderful ambiente for all, who would like to escape from the everyday life. The distance to the city Dubrovnik is 900m. The house has 3 apartments. The two apartments are in the Parterre. An apartment is in the I floor. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. The ground floor apartments share a large terrace. All apartments have a kitchen, a living room , separate sleeping rooms with one double, 1 shower / WC, SAT-TV and a balcony or a terrace. The house is maintained extremely well. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place which disposes of parking spaces for cars. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. The bus stop is only 100 m further away. The distance to the Adriatic Sea is only 600 meters. One finds several restaurants, fashion shops, cafès, grocery stores, discos, post offices, banks and exchange offices round around the vacation home (300-500 m). Medical services are only in a distance of 200 meters. The petrol station is only 100m of the accommodation away.
