This cosy -90 sqm- 2 bedroom Bali-Holiday Home in Bali - Sanur was build 2012-2013 and is tastefully furnished in February 2013.
The 1-story building is quietly but strategically located " cul-de-sac" in south-central Denpasar very close to the Bali "Bypass" which goes from Sanur in the North-East until Nusa Dua in the South.
The Tourist places: Sanur - Kuta/Legian/Seminyak could be reached by car within 10 minutes and Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Padang Bai are very easy and fast to reach.
The Shopping Facilities are excellent and just 300 meter from the Holiday Home. There are many Restaurants in Sanur and at the Bypass and if you like you could rent our "antique & unique" VW Bulli (year 1980) for just 600 per month to keep you flexible.
The holiday house has a large Kitchen-Bar and sitting & dining places everywhere. There is also a custom made stainless steel barbecue in the Rear-Garden.
The Living-Room is equipped with a small, cosy Sofa in front of the large TV with DVD-Player and a antique cabinet. The Dining Corner consist of a dining table and 4 chairs. There is also another Dining table at the front-terrace for "romantic candlelit dinners".
The Guestroom is furnished with two single-beds, a Wardrobe and a small cabinet. The bedroom is furnished with a teakwood queen size-bed (200x160 cm) with branded mattress, 2 bedside-tables with modern reading-lamps, a antique Wardrobe and a cosmetic-table with large mirror and chair. The two Bedrooms are equipped also with very effective AIR CONDITION!
The light Visitors Room is equipped with a small Sofa bed which converts to a comfortable single-bed, a "stationary Bicycle" (Fitness) and a small Bench.
The Kitchen with heaps of storage is furnished with a modern refrigerator, a large Freezer, many drawers, racks & cabinets and two gas-stoves. There is also a Coffee-Machine, a Toaster and a hot water - maker plus a Drinking-Water - Spender.
