The distance to the city Dubrovnik is 900m. The house has 3 apartments. The two apartments are in the Parterre. An apartment is in the I floor. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. The ground floor apartments share a large terrace. All apartments have a kitchen, a living room , separate sleeping rooms with one double, 1 shower / WC, SAT-TV and a balcony or a terrace. The house is maintained extremely well. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place which disposes of parking spaces for cars. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. The bus stop is only 100 m further away. The distance to the Adriatic Sea is only 600 meters.
