Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Barban
Attic (120 m2) completely completed and furnished with care in 2006, situated in the heart from the typical small istrian small village Hreljici (to half road between Marcana and Barban), with little distance from the sea encircles from green and country. The country has a beautiful sanctuary dedicated to the Madonna of the health. Few km from the beautiful and equipped beach of Duga Uvala, (also possibility to find private beaches), 20 km from cultural and the attractive city of Pula with possiblities to get to the national park of the islands of Brioni (with golf courses). Easy to reach also locality like Medulin, Rovinj, Fazana. 15 km from the airport, train station to 20 km, ferries for Venice and several Croatian islands (Krk, Cres,...). Ideal point for bike excursions in the green, ride, tennis, diving. 8 km from the place with pharmacy, dentist, pizzeria, bank, mail, bar.
Luminous and spacious living room with open kitchen, dining space, opened towards the beautifulst terrace furnished with garden furniture and sight on the green and the country. Tv sat, hi-fi, dvd. Balcony elevated up the attic as panoramic point with sight to 360º on the sea and the green. Particular attention has been dedicated outside decorated with Mediterranean plants (citruses).
Kitchen with new furnishing, works them, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, slabs with gas and electricity. New and modern bath with bathtub, wc, washbasin, bidet, washing machine. Ulterior wc separated. Two luminous bedrooms and each with exit on own balcony. Available also large terrace below the attic (50 m2) furnished with table, deckchair and grill. Room are conditioned and with central heating. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are available.
Covered garage and boat place are available. Animals not admitted.
The consume of light, gas, water, parking, final cleaning, change linen weekly, place boat and conditioned air are included in the price.
To pay extra on place behind announcement: stay taxes ca. €1.60 for adults and 0,80 children 12-18 (to the day and for person), tax announce € 2 to person (1 time)
