In the small picturesque place Štinjan, near Pula in Istria, surrounded by tamed beaches, the beautiful Brijuni archipelago, ancient olive trees and fragrant pine tree forests, nearby many attractive sports, entertainment and gastronomic facilities, which perfectly join relaxation with a fun and relaxed vacation, close to the sea, is where the Villa Bubi is situated.

If you want to spend a pleasant vacation in peace and quiet, after hard and stressful work, with your own parking lot with a 24 hour video surveillance, and if you are a fan of barbecues, making cutlets, of barbecued dishes or dishes backed under the Sač, and if you enjoy fresh fish caught by local fishermen, Villa Bubi is the right place for your vacation. There are many other summer attractions nearby, including beach volleyball, diving, surfing, parasail, while bicycling stands out in particular. The 12 km long bicycle path of Fažana introduces you to the beautiful coast, olive groves and evergreen woods, with a view of the unique islands of Brijuni. This is only one of the various bicycle paths you will be able to use and explore the surroundings. Not far from Villa Bubi, there are terraces and restaurants, which are the beginning of pleasant and fun evenings. Villa Bubi is one of the rare ones with a Tim-studio apartment, which has been completely rearranged and adjusted to people with disabilities, in which guests can relax carefree and enjoy their perfect holiday.
All apartments have their own central heating, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, fully equipped and furnished, covered with wireless internet connection and each apartment has a built-in vault/safe and a TV-SAT system.


It is situated 350 m from the sea and from the Puntižela camp, position south-west, with a wonderful view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands. A car-park for up to 15 cars has been arranged on a surface of over 1000 m2. In the yard there is a beautiful stone tavern with a large barbecue and two smaller grills, which complete the charm of Villa Bubi. A roofed pergola, under which there are two stone tables with benches for about twenty people, enables watching TV in the open air. Villa Bubi is appropriate for the accommodation of larger groups, sports teams, graduation trip groups and excursions for pensioners. Central heating enables the accommodation of sports teams during the winter period. Football teams can use the terrain of the football club Štinjan for their preparations, bicyclists have marked bicycle paths throughout Istria, and rowing teams can prepare at the seaside. We also organize wedding receptions in the great hall of the Puntižela camp restaurant, nearby Villa Bubi.
