The house is situated in the green landscape above a pebbly beach, 50 meters within walking distance from the sea. A parking place, a lawn and a built grill with a garden table for 10 people are also situated within the house lot. Two completely furnished apartments and arranged in a modern way are positioned in the south and east front part of the house, each apartment has four beds and partly covered terraces with external tables. Both apartments and both terraces have see view and view partly across the beach. Guests that rent both apartments have at their disposal more than 100m2 of the external area in front of the apartment. Because of the vicinity of the beach as well as the spaciousness of the interior and exterior accommodation, the apartments are ideal for families with children and house pets. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and radio, as well as with the necessary bedlinen, towels and cookware.

The first apartment is situated on the ground flour and has an area of 100m2. The apartment has also an entrance terrace and a garden table with a total area of 10m2 as well as the lawn with an area of 50m2. The apartment comprises a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a spacious living room with a kitchen and with two single beds, also there is a possibility to place an additional bed there. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and radio, bedlinen and towels. The spacious kitchen has a fridge, a (gas-and electric) cooking stove, a coffee machine and complete cookware and outside there is a grill.

The second apartment is situated on the first floor and has an area of 40m2. The apartment has a terrace with a garden table, an area for the electric grill and a summer kitchen with a total area of 30m2. The apartment comprises a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms connected with a door. The big room has a double bed, an air conditioning and a satellite television with a radio and the small room has two single beds. The apartment is equipped with bedlinen and towels. The summer kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer, a (gas-and electric) cooking stove, a coffee machine, a microwave and complete cookware.
