Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Postira

Postira - Island of Brac - a small fisher place on the see invites you

It takes only around 15 minutes by car from Supetar, the main town on the island, to Postira, where the house FANITA is located. FANITA is a house with two apartments for 4 – 5 persons each.

Postira is a quiet place with small shops, restaurants, café and many seaside spots. It is also plain and suitable for children, which makes it an ideal place for rest.

Of course, small supermarket stores can be found as well as a post office, a bank, a green market. Further establishments like a pharmacy, a gas station, a green market and a fish market, an ambulance etc. can be found in Supetar.

The house Fanita is situated in a calm part within a residential area, only a couple of minutes walking distance from the sea and the favored bathing bay Mala Lozna.

You will find here two different apartments:

Marko (left side on the picture of the house)

- a bedroom with one double bed (a child bed can be delivered) and a safe box,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
- an eat-in kitchen with a kitchenette (a cooker with a ceramic stove top, a baking oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer)
- a dinette with a table and chairs and access to an own terrace – a studio couch for a fifth person is available
- a shower bath including a washing machine
- a terrace with comfortable furniture and a marvelous sea view

Next to this apartment the bigger apartment Fanita is located (right side on the picture of the house)

- a bedroom with a double bed and a safe box
- a bedroom with 2 single beds
- a living room with a sitting set (can be assembled to a studio couch)
- a kitchenette (a cooker with a ceramic stove top, a baking oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer)
- a dinette with a table and chairs and access to an own terrace
- a shower bath with a washing machine
- a terrace with comfortable furniture and a marvelous sea view.


The apartments in the middle are not yet built and the landlord lives on the third floor on the upper level. Hence you will not be bothered by neighbors.

On this property there are parking lots that can be closed with a gate.


Comfortably arranged are not only the apartments.

The area is really huge hence the guests in the house dispose of an own terrace with a sea view. Around the numerous fondly planted flower tubs you will find divan beds and sun shades. The guests can relax here in a calm and nice atmosphere, read a book, simply switch off or enjoy the sea view.

Calmness and hustle – a bit of everything
The beaches are only a couple of minutes walking distance. Around 8 minutes away by car, located behind Postira, the guest can find one sandy beach that is well suitable especially for children. It is very even up to around 25 m in the water, which makes this place ideal for children or non-swimmers.

If you are looking for more hustle and bustle, in Supetar you will find tennis playgrounds, a diving school, a discotheque, a boat renting possibility, souvenirs stands etc.

Feel free to pitch in the cheerful razzle-dazzle in the port area. Once you wish to return to calmness, simply go out on the terrace and enjoy the aromas and sounds of the night on the South.
