Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Split

Our 4* studio apartment Margarita is located in old part of town Split, in authentic Dalmatian stone house. We are really in the center of the town, and only 30 m to the sea Port of Split. In only 3 min walk you find yourself in old Roman Diocletian Palace.
Apartment ( 31 sqm ) is newly renovated and this is its fourth year in use. It is equipped with: refrigerator with freezer, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioner, sat TV, wireless internet. It has double bed and sofa that could be spread into a bed for two.
First shop for food and other smaller supplies is 20 m near the house, tobacc shop and rent a car 10 m, pharmacy and doctor 150 m, nautical marina 700 m, beaches 800 m, cinema 150 m, theatre 300 m.
Very popular restaurant 'Fife' with national high quality food and affordable prices is situated in the house next to ours. Food could be served in the apartment on request.
Winter temperature and many sunny days, allow you to be a whole day outdoor, visiting many historical places in the town of Split and in nearby town Solin. Take advantage of walking or jogging through pine wood on Marjan hill (5min from the apartment). From there you could enjoy in unforgettable view to nearby islands, mountains and the smaller towns and villages. Wonderful walking tracks are on mountains Kozjak and Mosor. It is possible to make excursions to nearby islands, nearest National Parks (islands of Kornati, Paklenica, mountain Velebit, river Krka, island Mljet or rafting on river Cetina (25 km) and horse riding (35 km).
When you are here we recommend you to visit sanctuary Medjugorje and beautiful old town Dubrovnik, as well.
