Description of the Property - Vacation Home Újezd nade Mží

We are offering a beautiful weekendhouse with its own swimmingpool, close to the city of Pilsen - cca 20 km, West Bohemia, Czech Republic.
The house is situated in romantic green valley of Mze river, with around forest, nearby a village by the name Ujezd nade Mzi and the Hracholusky dam.
Description of the house:
Outside terrace with a nice view of the river and a green scenery around, the inside - living room with a fire place and a satellite TV, kitchenette with gas/electric stove, refrigerator with a freezer, microwave owen, coffee maker and every practical facility, bathroom with shower (warm & cold water), toillet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with the total of 6 beds (2 + 4) + small balcony.
You can relax on the lawn or take a dip in your swimmingpool.
Possibility of spending evenings outside at a bonfire or grill.
A canoe and a private mooring available.
Children can play on the meadows in the nearest environment.
Together with your kids your nice and well-behaved dogs are also welcome!
Possibilities for hiking:
Walks along the river, medieval ruin of castle Buben.
The Hracholusky dam (distend 15 - 20 min. walk) where you can find a beach, restaurant, pizzeria, groce, minigolf, tennis-court, mini-cars, pedal boats, fishing. You can also go for a motor boat journey, which is going to take you for a ride on the reservoir.
Possibilities for a trip by car:
The city of Pilsen (cca 20 km to the center) - historic city with more than 700 years history... , Pilsner Urquell Brewery, historic underground of Pilsen, restaurants, shopping centers, and much more...
Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) "“ a spa city
Mariánské Lázně "“ a spa city
Many castels, beautiful nature and much more in the West and near South Bohemia.
The beginning of the stays is always on Saturday between 2 to 4 p.m. In case of delay or your later arrival, please let us know and call us on our cell phone (+420 603 484 188).
The expected end of your stay is again on Saturday till 10 a.m.
The price including 50 kWh elektricity / 1 week.
The price list for one week (7 nights).
All the guests are supposed to hand over the building in the same condition as when they entered. Alternative damage has to be paid.
English and German speaking owners Jan and Blanka Lorenz are looking forward to your visit!
