"BARBORKA" is made in style of typical sumava´s house; it has ground and first floor and size of app. 20x10 meters, situated at the edge of CHKO Sumava in a distance about 3 km from town Vimperk. The house is fully equipped and fulfils all necessary conditions for exacting domestic as well as foreign clients. It is an ideal place for sport and romantic minded individuals and groups.
The house has a dining room with fireplace on ground floor, which also serves as main sitting room. It is equipped with three peace suite, TV with satellite, HiFi set, DVD, tables and chairs for 16 persons. On the same floor you can also find kitchen with all necessary things for self-preparation of food, further more a hall, 2 bathrooms and dressing room. From the ground floor you can get, up the stairs, to first floor with central corridor. From this corridor you can entry into 4 self-contained rooms, each of them with its own social facilities (shower and toilet). One room with 2 beds, 2 rooms with 2+2 beds and 1 room with 4 beds and 4 children's additional places upstairs. The house is deployed on flat terrain and forest separates it from near main road. An integral part of the premises is multi-purpose playground, heated swimming pool 8x4x1, 5 m, open fire place, outdoor fireplace and grill, covered place with total capacity for 16 persons allowing you friendly sitting with partners while drinking wine, etc. The place itself is an ideal departure gate for hiking/other tourism, cycle-tourism and picking up of woodland vesture. In winter time it serves as a departure gate for cross country tracks and downhill skiing centres nearby. You can park your vehicles inside the premises. Nearby, app. 300 metres, there is a restaurant with possibility to have bargain-purchase lunch, there. If you like fishing, there are several ponds and lakes, which are not far away from our promises.
