All-wood Canadian Log House "Srub" is situated at the edge of town Vimperk, outside direct built up area on steep land with a total area of app. 4000 square meters. It is an excellent home location and an outcome place for tourisms, cycle trips, skiing possibilities in wintertime as well as car trips and other forms of self-realization in the region of Sumava.. Near the house you can find covered car parking space, behind the house a covered terrace is situated and children's playground. Next to the house heated swimming pool of the size 6x3x1,2 m is situated. Stylish wooden Log House (basement, ground floor and first floor) is comfortably furnished, including washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and cooker, microwave electric kitchen range, coffee maker, TV + satellite, HiFi set, pottery, dining sets and etc.
Inside settlement consist of main sitting room with fireplace, bedrooms (total of 6), 2 of them on ground floor, another 4 on first floor), dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, foyer, corridor, toilets, bathrooms, separate shower and technical part. Bedrooms on ground floor have double beds.
