Description of the Property - Vacation Home Cejetice
The holiday house owned by the travel agency RUNDUM-Bohemia in Cejetice is situated in a suburb of Mladá Boleslav, on the edge of the Czech Paradise, about 55 km from Prague.
It has a living area of 190m2 and is suitable for up to 8-10 people maximum. This villa has been completely and expensively rebuilt and newly furnished. The garden has an area of 2000 m2, with facilities: a indoor-swimming pool with sliding roofing, with artificial waves, water heater and lights. There is a large lounge with a fireplace which has a direct entrance to the conservatory and further to the swimming pool in a beautiful garden. A part of the big lounge is formed by a dining room which is panelled with marble. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped modern kitchen. In the villa there are two bathrooms, one is equipped with a massage bath, and 2 WCs, four bedrooms; apart from that there is a sauna, a steam bath, a big whirlpool, a very large, 90 m2 big terrace on the top floor, and a spacious conservatory with some chairs and plants.
Outdoors there is a well-kept and neat garden, orientated south, with an arbour under an old walnut tree and a place for a camp-fire. There is a beautiful wooden garden cottage for children, also suitable for adventurous stays overnight, which is possible by arrangement
Parking space on the site is possible for 3 cars maximum. Colour TV/SAT + SAT-RADIO, a telephone with a meter and gas central heating, are all provided.
In the surroundings there are numerous opportunities for bathing, hiking, sports, fishing, trips and good eating out.
The stay in this villa is suitable for those guests who wish to stay in a luxurious place during their holiday, and who appreciate a central position for various trips. Apart from that, it is not far from the town Mladá Boleslav where they can enjoy good dining
