Very charming and cosy 70 sqm 4-room private Norwegian-style timber house built in 1913, plus two separate, newly modernised 10-12 sqm annexes, and a whole new separate bathroom, all situated beautifully on a 2,700 sqm forest site. Room for max. 10 people.
The house is well situated near the coast, 2 km from one of Denmark's best beaches (to which you may walk, cycle or go by car through a forest and a marvellous, protected area). The location is called Asserbo, a small town situated on the northern coast of Zealand.

Sunny, partly closed veranda equipped with two sofas/beds (where you may sleep comfortably outdoors during summer), a cosy kitchen will all facilities plus a wood-burning stove, living-room, including dining area, with access to the veranda, TV, music rack with minidisk, DVD, fireplace, children's bedroom, parents' bedroom, spare bedroom, separately situated (newly refurbished) bathroom & toilet, two cosy 10-12 sqm annexes with a large double bed / two separate beds, deck chairs, bicycle, wooden garden furniture, grill, plenty of kitchen gear, pillows, duvets, etc. Although almost 90 years old, the house is furnished in a very modern and relaxed fashion.
Several fine shopping opportunities and very good restaurants nearby. 6 km to the nearest big town. One of Denmark's best and most beautiful, slightly hilly golf courses (Asserbo Golf Club) only 4 km away.
