Living area 23 sqm, with visually separate alcove containing 1 queen size double bed, a low mezzanine with 1 double futon, plus -if necessary for a 5th person- 1 single folding bed. Relatively large kitchen, fully equipped with gas, microwave, etc. Bathroom with tub, linen & towls, iron, etc. Washing machine. TV, TV DVD, HiFi, ADSL, WIRELESS. Lots of storage space.

Parking space possible. Animals mostly accepted, but please ask before!
