A fisching's home at 80 meters to the sea .
This one offers four rooms which one is situated ont he ground floor. You have a view on the sea in the living room and in a room which is on the firs floor ans little more if the door are open!!
The house finds itself in a quiet district 500 meters far from the town center and the fisching harbour, and 80 meters far from a big beach of white sand(4 kilometers) where you can rent in summer water equipment(board, catamaran, kayak, pedalo) and out of season, stay foot on ground, along the dunes and their ways(without car) so as to take advantage of the pure air of Brittany!!
With a car you are near to Concarneau, Bénodet, Pont Aven, Quimper, Locronan, Audierne, ...and with boat, near from the isles Glenan or a game of fisching!
For the sportsmen or sportswomen, more than the water sports, the ground is ideal for bike, mountain bike or running, and the golfers will find two practices at 30 kilometers!
