The Villa
The house itself has a spacious entry and a spacious living with an open fire place, a dining table that can be stretched to 2.40m, enough chairs, two sofa's, a stereo, satellite TV. It also has two bath rooms, one with a shower, one with a shower, douche, and a toilet. A second toilet is apart from the bath rooms. The main floor has three bed rooms, at least 16m² each, all with ample storage room. One bedroom won't be made available. All three bed rooms have twin beds, each 200 x 90 cm. There is a fourth bed room (14m²) on the second floor with two beds of 80 x 190 cm. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a nice kitchen table and chairs; it contains all modern gadgets like dish washer, microwave oven, electric oven, grill and a coffee machine. French doors lead to a terrace with a large table and 8 chairs. The whole interior has been redecorated in a Provencial style. An interior decorator had done a great job in creating an authentic Provencial atmosphere by blending old with new, and selecting matching Provencial fabrics for the curtains, chair covers, bed covers. We were lucky to find a painter, skilled in applying local techniques for the walls and furniture.
Adjacent to the house we have a studio, that is not in use at this moment. Apart from the studio and the terraces, the house is about 160m².Outside we have three terraces, all with enough protection from the sun; one close to the kitchen, one under a massive oak tree, and one near the swimming pool. In February we improved the yard in order to garantee privacy for the guests. The swimming pool size is 57m², with a maximum length of 13 m and a maximum width of 6 m. The pool house contains a shower, separated toilet, a dressing room, and a summer kitchen.
We can offer your bed linen, towels etc. at €12 per person. Pets are not allowed, We have a telephone available et operating costs. The house will be cleaned for you after your stay at a rate of € 75 ( mandatory). If you wish we can clean the house during your stay at € 15 /h.
