Pretty house ideally located in a pine forest at 100 meters of the sea, small house with a beautiful terrace, peaceful place, in the private and guarded domain of Gaou Bénat; garden with point of view on the sea; comfortable, entirely renovated in 2003. Small sandy beach and rocks at 250m, sandy beaches in Lavandou at 3km and in Brégançon at 10km. When the weather is not too hot, take a walk along the footpath's coast ( called 'sentier du littoral'), well-kept and with splendid points of view. You can also visit the country: such as the beautiful village of Bormes or the massif of Maures, and of course
the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, where you can go by boat. We have made a small guide with some good adresses for those who will occupy the house.
