You will experience one of the best views of the French Riviera.
Its huge terrace overlooks a highly colourful Provencal landscape garden with a 180 panoramic view over the fantastic blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The beautiful villa is on the Presqu'ile de Giens in the South of France, 8kms from Hyeres, an UNESCO world heritage.
Part of a private estate in the protected green part of the Presqu' Ile, the villa faces south.
La Tour Fondue, Porquerolles and Ribaud islands are in the back ground, and, from a very safe wooden stairway, you reach the sea and can enjoy a peaceful swim, snorkeling or/and scuba diving . The villa has a large fenced 2500 m² garden with pine trees, green oaks, mimosa and abundant flowers. The car park can hold 3 cars.
The charming Provencal village of Giens is two minutes drive away (700 m) and has all amenities.
