The tastefully decorated and beautiful house with two terraces is calmly situated. It is oriented to the south and has a great view down the big garden and on the hills and wine yards around. On the 5000m² property you can find fruit and olive trees and cypresses. The house disposes over a big swimming pool (16x10m). The large living-room with an affiliated dining-room is extended over two levels and offers comfortable freshness in the summer heat with its high ceiling, white walls and marble floor. It has an open fire-place and French doors on the garden. There are 3 independent bedrooms with own entrance from the terrace, one of them has two rooms (ideal for families with children, possibility of extra-bed), and 3 bathrooms with shower/WC. The spacious kitchen with French doors on the garden is fully equipped.
The Stituation:
The charming Provencal village Uchaux is situated in the middle of Arboreous hills and vine yards and is the ideal location for walking and biking. On a short car ride you can reach well-known little villages of the Provence like Gigondas, Suze-la-Rousse, Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape or Rochegude but also the towns Orange (original market every Thursday) and Avignon where an opera and theatre festival takes place every summer.
