Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Falkenstein

You stay completely rebuilt in the 1st Floor of a house listed at generous 89 sqm. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. In each room, the heat individually according to their own needs with the thermostat knob set (eg cooler bedroom). Living room and bedroom have a solid wood parquet, the remaining areas are tiled.
The apartment is a non smokers!
They are recovering in an old monumental building. For generous 89 square meters of living space is at a maximum occupancy of 6 people ensures that you are not constantly on their feet come. The apartment has its own entrance and stairwell, so that you are undisturbed and also disturb anyone when you come home late or (eg hiking) want to get up very early. In summer you have a comfortable seat and a small lawn (about 90 square meters) is available. You live in Falkenstein encircled by hedges in a garden plot of about 1,400 sqm.
