Description of the Property - Vacation Home Monschau-Kalterherberg

The house, which is new and in excellent shape, was only finished in September 2002.
It is surrounded by gardens and meadows.
There is space for eight people on three floors and a total size of
120 square metres.
The house is located on a quiet street with direct access to beautiful hiking trails in the Nordeifel and Hohes Venn nationalparks.
On the first floor there is a complete kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a separate toilet, and a spacious dining- and livingroom area with colour TV (SAT), with access to a furnished patio and garden (lawn) for private use.
In addition to that you?ll find a laundry with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the second floor are two big, bright bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes and a spacious bath with a shower / tub combination, toilet and wash-basin.
A steep staircase leads you to the top floor with an open gallery which can be used as living- or bedroom area (sofabed).
In addition to that there is a small separate bedroom with a sofabed
and a crib.
Parking options are in front of the house.
Pets are welcome without an additional fee.
Our house is perfect for nature-lovers and families with children.
