Holiday home Sivas
The cottage 'Sivas' is situated close to the town entrance in a slightly elevated position. The holiday cottage made from natural stone with a rustic appearance offers space for 2 up to 6 persons. It provides ample 120 m² of living area (kitchen, bathroom, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 roof terraces on 2 floors) for you. The house is comfily full of corners, whence it gains additional charme and its romantic feel.
You reach the cottage "Sivas" via a natural stone staircase. Then you arrive at a leafy forecourt shielded from view. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kitchen stove, oven, extractor hood, keetle, coffee percolator and a large dining table and chairs plus even a gorgeous feature fireplace. From the kitchen you reach the upper bedrooms and the living room with a comfy couch corner. Here you will find a spare bed. From the living room you go into the bathroom with toilet, wash-bowl, tub and a washing machine. Via the wooden staircase from the kitchen you arrive at the upper bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second contains two single beds, a double bed, a wardrobe, nightstands and mosquito nets. From here you step out onto one of the two roof terraces and may expect a most beautiful vista over the village Sivas, the hinterland and, best of all, you have a panoramic view of the Sea!!
The second bedroom and the living room have their own entrances. A children's bed (up to three years) may be added. In front of the house is a parking lot.

From Sivas via Pitsidia you will need 50 minutes per pedes (5 minutes by car) to get to the beautiful sand beach Komo. The path leads you through shadowy olive groves and orange plantation towards Pitsidia. When you reach it, you proceed through the pretty town and ahead through wine plantations in the direction of the beach.
If you like hiking, it is a swell simple route.
