The holiday cottage 1995 made of natural stone is situated on the outskirts of Pitsidia and has been renovated for you during the spring of 2004. The holiday home in its Cretean exclusive stil with a living area of 65 m² offers enough room for two persons. On the ground floor you find a swell bathroom with a shower base, wash-bowl and a toilet, further an eat-in kitchen with a kitchenette containing an electric kitchen stove, oven, extractor hood (all branded "Franke"), refridgerator, kettle, coffee percolator, a dining table, chairs and a studio couch. During colder days enough heat is provided by electric heating and a tiled stove..
A curved wooden staircase ascends to the sleeping gallery and to the terrace. Upstairs you will find a double bed with a mosquito net, a wardrobe, nightstands and bedside lamps. From the gallery you also reach the cosy 12 m² terrace. The house distinguishes itself further by a lot of light and its double and treble glazing. Furthermore an air-conditioning system and a large ventilator are at your service in case of extensive heat.
It is only 3 minutes to the town centre. In Pitsidia there are coffeehouses and restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, green grocer's, car rental and a stable, something for everybody.
The splendid, kilometres long sand beach of Komo (excavation) can be reached in 20 minutes and invites to relax, take a sunbath or a swim, to snorkel and to many other activities: hiking and biking through an exceptional wildlife or visiting the neighbouring towns Sivas, Kamilari and Kalamaki. Furthermore, it is worthwhile to take trips to the excavation sites like Gortis, Ag. Triada and Matala.
