Impressive, exlclusive and luxurious stone cottage in a quiet location at the outskirts of Pitsidia.
The former ruin of a stone cottage has been rebuilt in 2003 and was transformed into a swell holiday cottage, which we would like to offer to you now.
The holiday house Stavlo provides 70 m² of living area and is bathed in a lot of light through the large double glazed windows. Due to the method of construction the house is pleasantly tempered inside even with high outside temperatures; an air-conditioning system may be switched on. During winters the house is heated by the air-conditioning system, electric heating and, of course, the fireplace.
The roofed forecourt, approximately 10 m², invites to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The light-flooded dining room with table, chairs and a studio couch opens towards the eat-in kitchen area with a small fitted kitchen, fully equipped with coffee percolator, refridgerator with freezer, dishwasher and an electric kitchen stove with oven. The two leather recliner seats in front of the stone fireplace make listening to the music from the compact hi-fi unit an unforgetable pleasure. From here you reach the spacious bathroom with many affectionate pretty details like the stone bordered bath tub. Even a washing machine is provided.
From the fireplace a staircase from stone and wood leads up towards the sleeping gallery with a double bed and a wardrobe. Another wooden staircase arrives at the roof terrace with a phantastic vista of the Ida Range. Besides the staircase stands a second bed for heavenly views.
Do not miss out the opportunity to spend your holidays in such a beautiful holiday cottage. Pitisidia is a quiet but by no means dozy town. You will arrive at its center within 2 up to 5 minutes. You will not need a car. There a mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, souvenir shops, hawkers and a stable. The swell sand beach Komo can be reached per pedes within 20 minutes.
Your preferred destination should be Heraklion, since it is only approximately one hour away fom Pitsidia and you may reach your holiday destination comfortably by organized taxi, bus or booked rented car.
