The in June 2006 finished Manolou Resort is situated in Kardamilis best Landsite south of town and just a couple Minutes by Car away of the Towns Center. In an extraordinary, stunning position it is overlooking the natural left Environment of the Messinian Mani.
Facing the Messian Golf and the wild space of natural messinian Beauty, the Traditional built Resort in the Shadow of the Taygethos Mountain is overlooking the whole Area on a 6500qm Garden Ground.
The Resort contains 3 Maisonettes with 2 Floor level each (app. 40 + 40 qm) as well as one studio unit with app. 40qm. The Tower Maisonette (De Luxe) is additionally enclosed with a very spacious Roof Terrace.
Every Unit further is enlarged with a balcony and a spacious, private Terrace . The occupation of the Maisonettes is possible up to a maximum from 2 up to 4 adults and two children's. The upper level may be locked with a separate door. (Not the Tower Unit).
The Pool Size of Manolou is a 25qm and ranges from a deepness of 90 to 150 cm. A public grill station as well as Sun beds/umbrellas, showers and changing rooms, are situated in the large Pool Area. Every Unit is fitted with two Parking Lots.
Facilities: A 3 open Fire Places in the Accommodations in Total. Further Air-Condition/ Heating, two Shower Bathrooms in the Maisonettes (not in the tower), a Hydro Massage Douche in the Tower Unit and Dinner table. A complete Kitchenette with all Interior (electric cooker/grill, toaster, pots, dishes, coffee maker) is completing modern Kitchens Holiday Comfort. Sat.TV/Hifi is provided and a double glass Thermopen- Facade are facing the western Seaside and containing nearly the whole length of the room. The interior Design is Comfortable and Modern on a upper-class Standart.
Service: Bed sheets and towels are getting changed twice weekly. A Room Cleaning is getting done every second day.
Prices for the Studio: April/May/October: 79.- € // June/September: 89.- €//July/August: 99.-
For the Manolou Resort, we do recommend a Car. Local Information's and an attractive Range of daily Excursions are getting provided through to the Travel Agency Wunder Travel in Kardamili.

On Special Request for the off-season Period a Firewood Support is offered!
