Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Capo Vaticano

This recently built residence is situated in the beautiful area of "Capo Vaticano" only a few foot steps away from 'Belvedere' a magical spot where you can admire the most spectacular views of the coastline, with the Strait of Messina right in front of you and the Aeolian Islands in the background. The apartments are set within a lovely well-kept garden with pool area and the position of the residence guarantees a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The apartments are composed as follows:
Apartment (2 rooms) for two persons: bedroom and kitchen, bathroom with shower
Apartment (2 rooms) for 3 persons: bedroom, kitchen/living room with a bed, bathroom with shower
Apartment(2 rooms) for 4 persons: bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower
Apartment (three rooms) for 4 persons: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds (double bed where possible), kitchen, bathroom with shower
All Apartments have a balcony or terrace and SAT-TV.
The facilities of the residence include: bar, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and deckchairs; playground for children; garden with oven, barbecue, tables and benches for pleasant evenings together, private parking place
The beautiful white sandy beach of Groticelle is about 1,5 km away and the guests have the possibility to use the shuttle service from the residence. The beach offers the opportunity to do windsurfing, sailing, go out by speed boat or pedal boat, snorkelling, and diving. The closest beach, Praia di Fuoco, is about 500m from the residence and can be reached walking down a steep footpath. Other beautiful sandy beaches are only a few minutes away.
Shops and restaurants are within 200m distance, the lovely town of Tropea is about 10km away. The airport of Lamezia Terme is about 70km, the next train station about 1km away.

The prices are per week including water, gas, electricity.
Extra (obligatory) to be paid on site: Euros 50 for final cleaning
Extra (optional) to be paid on site: Beach facilities (per week): Euros 50 per week and apartment which includes transport to and from the beach, one sun umbrella and two deckchairs per apartment at the beautiful beach of Grotticelle.
Beach facilities (per day): Euros 10 per day and apartment which includes transport to and from the beach, one sun umbrella and two deckchairs per apartment on the beautiful bay of Groticelle.
