Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment Santa Maria di Castellabate

Villa Elaia is situated in a scenery of immeasurable beauty, dipped in the tranquillity of an olive grove, to approximately 500 meters from the centre of the wonderful village of Saint Maria di Castellabate and from the sea. Villa Elaia is a refined dwelling divided in six uniform apartments of about 55 m² each one. All apartments are fine furnished and equipped of all comforts. Its pleased position allows to enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding nature and at the same time to reach on foot in few minutes the centre of the village and the sea..
Our flats have a surface of about 55 m² and are composed from a double room, a twin-bedded room, American kitchen, diving room with divan single bed, TV/SAT, bath with shower, hair dryer, washing machine, iron. All rooms are equipped of conditioned air and linen. First floor flats enjoy a wide terrace with sight sea while others to the ground floor of a pleasant private garden. The property is encircled from a common garden of approximately 1000 m². Each apartment has a space car.

Il luogo dove è ubicato l'appartamento è meraviglioso! I confort, ci sono tutti; dalla tv sat al wi-fi; dal forno a microonde al phon; aria condizionata su ogni locale dell'appartamento, la pulizia dei locali, degli accessori, delleposate e della biancheria asettica, raggiunge livelli stupefacenti. Dalla GRANDE cortesia all'ENCOMIABILE disponibilità dei proprietari dell'appartamento. Insomma, non ci sono parole... desidero aggiungere che in questo meraviglioso paese, c'è ogni sorta di negozio e per non parlare di ben 4 supermercati; quindi usufruire di costi veramente moderati per il vitto.
E' il quarto anno che ci rechiamo a Villa Elaia e se il buon Dio ce lo permetterà, torneremo nuovamente. Un caro saluto ad Alfonso e a tutta la sua Famiglia.
PS: Recatevi a Villa Elaia e visitate i giardini GODIBILI con i loro accessori.
