Situated in the middle of Lido Estensi in Via Lecci 30. It is 50m from the beach and 200m from the shopping centre. It is structured on five floors with lift, seven apartments per floor with view of the sea. There are 2 one bedroom, 4 two bedroom and one three bedroom apartments on each floor. On the fifth floor there are 3 attics with terraces overlooking the sea. There is car parking space in the internal yard. The supermarket on the ground floor and its close vicinity to the sea make these apartments extremely convenient.

Type A: One bedroom (approx 40m²) sleeps 3+1: double bedroom with double and single beds, living room with sofa bed, cooking corner, bathroom with shower, sometimes with balcony.
