COLOSSEUM - charming penthouse with sunny terrace, lift, in the very centre of Rome next to the Coliseum, the Fori Imperiali and the Capitol. Next to subway, bus, stores and restaurants. Very quiet and cosy, well furnished, on two floors. Lower floor: living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for two, there's a balcony looking over an innen garden. Upper floor: 1 comfortable sofa-bed (for two persons), 1 bathroom (with tub and bidet) and a beautiful sunny terrace with garden furniture (2 deckchairs, table + 4 chairs) and plants. WEEKLY RENTAL PRICE: 600,00 EUROS ALL INCLUDED (gas, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, bed linen & towels, satellite-TV, end cleaning);
The baby cot is available (for free, no extra costs), but only on demand (so please ask it, if needed, before arrival in Rome!)
INTERNET: an Internet point is in the corner street near home,in via Urbana. Anyway, on the terrace of the apartmente there are open wi-fi signals.
subway is 20 mt. from the house, line B, stop "Cavour"
I organnize transfer from the airport (40 euros).
There is a garage in front of the house, costs around 30 euros per 24 hours.
