Location: Apartment located in via Mecenate, on the other side of the street of the most famous Brancaccio Theater, close to Coliseum,'Colle Oppio' and Nerone's house.
Features: On the fifth floor with lift, the apartment consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a second small bedroom with a single bed and another added bed, a lounge with a double sofa bed, a small dining room, a kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Furnishings: Modern furnishings, equipped with a color television, refrigerator, dishes and linen. It comes with an elevator and central heating.
Public Transportation: the Center of the City is Visitable on Foot and the area is very well connected to numerous public transportation lines, bringing you to the Capital's many areas of sight- seeing interest in few minutes including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and 'Piazza Navona'.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Allowed payment methods are:
30% of the total cost of the stay is due upon reservations as a confirmation deposit; the remaining 70% upon arrival. Instructions for making the payment will be communicated via e-mail or telephone after the reservation is received.
AVAILABILITY OF THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is normally occupied after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
