Villa L'Olivo is situated in the picturesque village of Trevignano Romano, which is built on a promontory on the beautiful Lake Bracciano, only about 40 minutes from Rome. It is in the Tuscia Romana and is an ideal centre for trips in a region of great tourist, artistic and natural interest. The apartment, which stands in a quiet, residential street, is completely independent and covers the whole of the ground floor of the owners' home. The owners live on the first floor of the property. It is furnished in a warm and charming style. There are three independent entrances to the apartment. The living room is large and cosy with a dining area with seating for eight and is separated by a rustic arch. Doors lead onto a terrace with an eating area overlooking the pleasant garden. There are many windows and doors which bring a lot of light into the apartment. The kitchen is fully fitted with every necessary amenity. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi bath tub.
The property is situated just five minutes from the local shops and all services - banks, post office, chemist, and supermarkets. The lake with its beaches is also only five minutes away and there are many bars and restaurants along the tree-lined promenade overlooking the water.
The coast with its many beaches is 40 kms away.
A coach service and trains take you right into the centre of Rome. There is also avery good fast road to drive into Rome.
