Nascondiglio is a B&B in a restructured 1500's era marche farmhouse in the most beautiful hill country in Italy. 8 large rooms with private baths are available and 2 have large balconies and one has a small kitchen and balcony. Breakfast is enjoyed in summer in an outdoor patio area and there is a large infinity pool with a cascade where one can spend the whole day enjoying the peace and beauty of this area. Traditional dining is available in good restaurants 3 km away in Borgo Miriam or you can have a private BBQ on site. Internet access is available and free as is abundant parking. There is our new winery on site, which has wonderful views of the surrounding mountain ranges, the Sibillinis and the Mountains of the Lake and as far as Gran Sasso. Here you can enjoy our IGT and DOC (soon to be DOCG) wines and watch the sunset or have a picnic overlooking the vineyard and nearby olive groves and grain fields.
Families are welcome as are dogs up to 35 kg. Bacco is our local mascot and is an extremely friendly flat coat retriever, but he may have issues with aggressive male dogs.It is hard to describe how beautiful this region of the Marche is with its beautiful hills, nearby mountains and sea. A wonderful patchwork quilt of vineyards, olive groves and cultivated fields is matched only by the peace and quiet of the isolated country location. There are no noises of highways, planes or cities, only an occasional barking dog or Civetta, one of the small owls with whom we share the natural beauty can be heard. There are great tourist sites to visit and if one prefers, we can arrange visits to local cheese makers, wineries (including our own) or other artisans. I have an extensive list of itineraries to fit every taste and am glad to help you plan each day of your visit or you can just sit at the pool and read and relax.
