The Country houses have been restructured, trying you to conserve all the old materials and they are, dipped in the green and the quite of an agricultural Company of approximately Ha. 18, dislocated between the Town Hill of Gualdo- Sarnano- S. Martino- Servigliano. The widepanoramic position, spaces from the Sibillini mountains (Sassotetto), to the Adriatic sea (Porto S. Giorgio-S. Benedetto).
The complex is made up of four Rural Country houses that form a small Borgo called "C.da Fosse'. In every Country house it has been realised an apartment with all the services and conforts being necessary in order to pass one splendid vacation, calm and relaxant; to each, it of them been assigned the name of plants, originally of the place.
