This recently renovated farm is situated on a hill that marks the beginning of nature reserve Madonie. The pool (size 8x5 m. and 1,40 deep) is private and in use all year round. The terrace has a sweeping view over the sea and the big rock of Cefalù. Sandy beaches distances 5 km. Cefalù is famous for its magnificent Arab-Norman cathedral and beautiful fishing harbour. The provincial road SS54 goes up the hill by hairpin curves in the direction of the Madonie Park and leads to the property. The property is surrounded by Oak woods and citrus & olive groves. Villa Rose used to be a bed & breakfast and has been transformed in a self catering holiday accommodation. It consists of 5 double bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a gazebo and a dependance. All rooms are on the ground floor and have their own entrance. Only 2 bedrooms are connected. The kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) can only be reached from outside. In front of the rooms is the bright gazebo, which is used as a living room. All bedrooms of Casali Giovanni have air conditioning. All bathrooms have shower, toilet and bidet. The panoramic terrace next to the pool is equipped with comfortable deck chairs. In the area are some beautiful and authentic mountain villages like Castelbuono, Gratteri, Isnello and Petralia. Casali Giovanni distances 45 min. from Palermo (65 km) and 10 min. from Cefalù (5 km) with its magnificent beaches and architectural beauties, and 20 min. from Golf Club “Le Madonie” (16 km). "
