Villa Provenza located on the countryside of Cefalu. The villa has been tastefully renovated by the owner. It is a very peaceful location in the territory of the Madonie park, the villa is divided into 3 apartments , one apartment 6 sleeps on the ground floor and 2 apartments sleeps 4 in the first floor, nice view and peaceful position ,next year the owner will building a swimming pool with lovely terrace sea view. It is a beautiful place that is surrounded with olive and orange trees, and it is a very good place for kids.
Apartment A ground floor: living area (camin) with sofa double bedroom,2 double bedrooms ,1 bathroom with bath ,1 wc and shower, kitchen area .
Apartment B first floor : living area (camin) /kitchen area with a nice access to a sea view terrace,laundry,bathroom with shower, one double bed room and one twin bedroom.
Apartment C first floor : living area(camin) with sofa double bed ,kitchen area with a nice access to a sea view terrace,laundry,bathroom with shower, one double bed room.
All the apartments are with TV colour satellite, apartment B/C with air condition, private parking, simple furniture but comfortable outside garden , horse riding just close 3 km ,waking holidays .
