Character: Sicilian holiday villa only short walking distance from the sea (compare pictures above), surrounded by greenery and fruit trees, such as figues,raisins,peaches.

Location: 15 km from Palermo and about 2 km from the airport of Palermo. A great snorkeling beach is across nearby Terrasini that is also a great diving and summer location. A sandy beach is only 5 minutes walking, you only have to cross the road!

Everything is within easy reach: the beach and the ancient tower at the seaside are just some minutes walking distance, there are also shops nearby.

Size: The villa has a big living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with toilet and shower.) All around the house there is a covered patio where you can have lunch or relax and a beautiful Sicilian garden, where you can taste the fruits of the season.

Features: The house has a full fridge/freezer, window screens, 1 hair dryer (please request it when you bookl, if you do not bring it yourself), a private carpark, a washing machine and TV on request.

Minimum stay: 1 week. Saturday-to-Saturday.
Advantages: Fabulous sea view from the roof terrace, safety also for small children, beautiful garden full of fruit trees.
Disadvantages: No telephone.
Car needed: Yes.
One of the advantages is that you can reach your holiday home from the airport of Palermo within some minutes driving. You can also visit nearby Palermo with its beautiful sights. The historical center of Palermo is the biggest in Europe, by the way. Monreale with its beautiful Norman Cathedral and famous cloister is also within reach.
The beach that is next to the villas, the water is abounding in fish. There are many beaches quite close, such as the wide gulf of Carini, whee you can bath. The sea-bed is shallow and sandy. If you want more infrastructure and amenities on the beach, you can drive to nearby Terrassini.
Those of you, who want to see more of the island can visit Selinunte, Erice and Segesta in day trips. You could visit the famous Florio winery in Marsala and the island Mozia, too.
