The stone house is located in the countryside, on the west side of the island (located about 3.5 kilometers from the village), in-Ogliastrello Crossroads, is a house of recent construction (2002), which has a pertaining to approximately 5,000 meters, planted with olive trees and fruit trees (fig, Indian fig, medlar, peach, capers, lemons, grapes etc, available for guests depending on the season) and softened by palm trees, oleanders, rosemary trees , eucalyptus and cactus. Is approximately one (1) km from the sea. From the terrace of the house has a good sea view, it becomes a superb fne day, when the sun sets into the sea. The area where the house is airy, ever sultry. This is not an isolated house, because the garden is bordered with other 4 houses / homes, including residents; privacy is (for the provision of home and distances) also guaranteed.

Features of the house.
