Description of the Property - Vacation Home Ustica

the island of Ustica is located north of Palermo (Airport), and can be reached from Palermo by hydrofoil is (1h, 15min) or the ferry (2 hours, 30 min.). Ustica is the first (and most important) Italian Marine Park, a paradise for divers. The interior is rich in vegetation (pine trees, Indian figs, acacias, eucalyptus) and lends itself to beautiful walks, island has an ideal climate, ventilation, ever sultry.
The house rent is a former mill of 700 simple but comfortable and in a position, has a kitchen (refurbished in 2008), a large bedroom with two separate areas of a box: a bed bedroom and a bunk bed, then there is another bedroom with a bunk bed. Outdoor shower. A large garden and shaded terrace allow wonderful moments of relaxation.
