Description of the Property - Vacation Apartment avola

The apartment have a wide private terrace sea view. The distance from the beach is only 40 meters. The villa where the apartment is located is in a touristic place on the sea: Marina di Avola, however the apartment is very private. The apartment has habitable surface of approximately 60 sqm + one terrace of approximately 45 sqm. A comfortable external additional shower refreshes to the return from the sea. The access is totally independent. The bedrooms are furnished of comfortable beds with slats. The mattresses are foam latex. The house is distant only few meters from beach of golden sand. Near, about 10 km, proceeding along the coast, the Reserve of Vendicari, naturalistic oasis in which is admitted the bathing. Rates discounted in relation to the duration. Games for children:slide, swing, tricycle, .... dvd dvx player. We have baby cot and baby high chair. Wi-Fi internet area for free. If you rent our Villa it's possible to get our "Home and boat" service. For each week rented it's possible to book 2 or 3 days in a 11,50 meters boat lenght.
