Description of the Property - Vacation Home Solarino
Villa Julia is a detached property in a quiet, elevated setting which offers wonderful views of Siracusa and the coast. The villa offers a large swimming pool and garden along with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/diner with kitchen. The villa is located near the town of Solarino, approximately 15km from the main city of Siracusa and the beaches at Fontane Bianche. The airport at Catania is approximately an hour’s drive away.
The villa is accessed via private gates which lead into a parking area located to the side of the property. The villa itself is a large detached building surrounded by a private garden, so offers complete privacy in a quiet setting.
Access to the villa is gained via the main door that leads directly into a lounge/diner. The room has been furnished with a sofa, various occasional chairs and a television. The dining area has been furnished with a dining table and ample chairs. The room also has a fireplace. An open archway leads into the kitchen which has been equipped with an oven, five ring gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, sink and drainer. The room also has a kitchen table & chairs. There are also numerous wall and floor storage units with ample kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the lounge a further door leads to a downstairs bathroom that has been fitted with a sink, bidet, shower and toilet.
A staircase provides access to the first floor terrace and bedrooms. The landing on the first floor provides access to an outside terrace area as well as the bedrooms and bathroom.
The outside terrace offers a table and chairs and overlooks the garden, swimming pool and has views towards Siracusa and the coast 15km away. The four bedrooms offer two double rooms and two twins and all have been furnished with a wardrobe and/or a chest of drawers. Two of the bedrooms also have french windows which provide access to the first floor terrace area. The upstairs bathroom has been fitted with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
The property is accessed via private gates and has a parking area to the side of the villa. Situated to the rear of the villa there is a large, private swimming pool (12m x 5m) that has both a shallow and a deep end. The pool has been enclosed by a fence with a gate to provide added safety and also offers sun-loungers, an outside shower and outside lighting. The garden also offers a table and chairs, a built-in barbeque and sink. for ‘al-fresco’ dining.
