Casa Singerna was built on the site of an old Roman fort and enjoys sweeping views of lake and mountains
It is surrounded by gardens, vineyard and olive trees, within an easy day trip to Siena, Florence, Perugia, Assisi and Arezzo. The local towns have excellent shopping and restaurants. The villages all have their own markets. San Sepolcro was the birthplace of Piero della Franscesca and Michelangelo was born in Caprese Michelangelo, just up the road.
The villa is excellently equipped and there is an upper and lower terrace with tables and chairs for dining, and the pool has loungers. We have boar, porcupines and deer in the woods and many fish in the lake,with rod to catch them. There is a large lawn for croquet, archery, badminton and football. In the villa there is table football, a ping pong table, a piano and lots of toys and books. It is very quiet and peaceful and a great place in which to relax.
