Old stone farmhouse on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
Casa Primula is situated in the green Tuscan hills where peace and tranquillity reign. It is divided on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, in the great hall a big arch (in serene stone) divides a dining room from a living room with fireplace. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs (the steps are also in stone) there are another two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The double bedrooms can be changed into single bedrooms if necessary. All the bedrooms are furnished in country style have magnificent views of the surrounding landscape.
The house can host a minimum of 4 people to a maximum of 8/10 people, and it has an extension of about 130 mq. In the garden there is a barbecue, a wood oven and a little utility room. Walking down a couple of steps you can reach the swimming pool (10X5 and deep 1.20/1.80 m). Dinners on request can be prepared for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
The relative prices are to be considered based on the choice of menu.
Pets are only allowed if kept outdoors.
