The Tuscany country; an atmosphere where the man's presence has modified the profiles of the hills, where the history of the cities of art, the great personages and their works are stirred to the frank hospitality of the people, the old country houses, the medieval villages, the vineyards, the olive trees and the cypresses.

Inside of the "Acquaviva" complex you will be able to enjoy all this, united to confort of our structures, to the pleasantnesses of a kitchen of ancient traditions, to the taste of wines and oils of local production, to the tranquillity and the relax that only the Tuscany can offer you.
It is divided in three parts, "the Meridian", "the small farm" and "the podere sul lago" and Acquaviva is in the center of 150 hectares of land, where grape and olive picking is carried out by ancient tradition.In this environment amongst vineyards and olive groves small forests and water courses alternate to then empty into a small naturural lake where fishing trout and carp is possible.The apartments are cured in minimum details and any need of the client is available on request. A walk until the old village with its works of art, go on horseback, an astonished moment to the inside of one pieve, a rich lunch of laught and good things. You can make all, and you can make also nothing.
You can stroll along long country paths, go biking on mountain bikes along grapeyards and olive groves, or go trekking along marked paths and discover the thousand faces of this region, savouring the typical productions: famous wines of denomination of origin, extra vergine olive oil, cheese….

To disposition of the clients: apartments from 2/3 and 4/5 places, an apartment for invalids, two swimming pools (one is for children) and a tennis playground. The newly constructed restaurant consents tasting good home cooking in a cozy atmosphere
