At one hour of car from Florence-Siena-Pisa and at not much kilometers from Collodi, the country of the famous, BURRATTINO PINOCCHIO, is at disposal for the tourists one completely restructured farm house with nº 3 double bedrooms (one of the bedroom is with a divan bed for two persons) + great kitchen + bath with shower + many external place.
The house is at 8 kilometers approximately from the city of Pescia where all the comforts of the city are (railroad-motorway-connections via bus-hospital etc.)
For small single necessities at two kilometers the typical Vellano small village there is, and there still it is pleasant to be to chats with the inhabitants.
The house is available only for a single family or one group of maximum 6 people.
The owners live in the yellow house on the large photography.
Around house land for approximately 1 hectare.
The owners, without sons, are old and all the property can be sold with the usufruct formula
