Towering over the little village of Rasiglia, the Menotre Residence is an ancient 15th century stone tower that was built to defend Trinci's Castle. The Residence enjoys astonishing views and it is ideal to relax and get away from the city chaos.
The Menotre Residence is the result of a careful restoration of an ancient stone tower which belonged to Trinci's Castle. The imposing walls of the castle are still visible. Situated on the hills of Foligno (650 above sea level), the Residence is the ideal place for those who love nature in all its aspects.
From the original building, three different apartments have been made: CORINNA, ILARIA and MICOL.
Apartment CORINNA (sleeps 2) is a picturesque studio with kitchenette, living/dining room with satellite TV and full-sized double sofa bed and one bathroom with shower.
Apartment ILARIA (sleeps 2-4) is made of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and 2 full-sized single sofa beds.
Apartment MICOL (sleeps 2-4) is made of one large bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and one full-sized double sofa bed.
A garden, barbecue, wood-oven and mountain bikes are at guests' disposal.
In the heart of the Menotre Valley, the Residence is a peaceful haven and the perfect base for taking pleasant cultural trips. It is also a convenient touring base for those wishing to explore nature areas: you can take a walk or horse ride in the country (riding school: 3 Km), or do some rock climbing 7 Km away from the Residence; or enjoy the beauty of the valleys through rafting or canyoning on impetuous torrents and rivers just 30 km away.
