Throughout the season Mother Nature change the local environment producing some spectacular backdrops. The old sandstone farmhouse offers a vast panoramic view over the vale of Carpine, 1 km far from the Lake Trasimeno and starting point for a numerous cultural excursions, as it's located in an advantageous position between Umbria and Tuscany. The exterior is just as impressive as the interior.Outside there is a park with swimming pool and solarium, a route for joggers, a children's play area, bycicles, barbecue area and an open air theatre. There are
